With over 17 years at Barking & Dagenham Youth Dance, she has shaped grassroots arts, creating accessible pathways for young people into the industry. A project leader, mentor, and advocate for community-driven art, her career spans producing, education, and performance, with a deep-rooted commitment to uplifting new talent and championing community.
