Payments & Refunds
Coaching & Services:
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans must be completed in full. Missed payments may result in paused or terminated access

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered

Memberships:
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued

Intellectual Property
All content, materials and frameworks provided are the intellectual property of Dannielle Rhimes Lecointe & Makeda Creative House Ltd including:
Workbooks, templates and digital products
Coaching frameworks and methodologies (including The Rhimes Method)
Course and membership content

You may not:
Share, reproduce or distribute materials

Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and expect the same in return. Coaching conversations are confidential unless required by law. You agree not to share private information from group spaces or other members. Code of Conduct (Membership & Group Spaces). Within spaces such as Spotlight: The Inner Room, you agree to: Engage respectfully with others. Not engage in harassment, discrimination or harmful behaviour. Maintain the integrity and safety of the space. We reserve the right to remove access without refund if these terms are breached. Session Terms (Coaching Clients). Sessions must be attended at the agreed time. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss. This includes business loss, income loss, or personal outcomes resulting from use of our services

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching & Consulting Services

All payments are non-refundable. Payment plans must be completed in full. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule sessions. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. Digital Products. Due to the nature of digital products: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or transfers are offered

Memberships 
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Workshops, Events & Sessions. If applicable, cancellation terms will be stated at the point of booking. Unless otherwise stated, tickets and bookings are non-refundable. Exceptional Circumstances. In rare cases, we may offer flexibility at our discretion. This is not guaranteed.
